The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

• Use Of Site

• Minimum order:
  There are no minimums required for orders placed with www.mslstore.com. For phone, fax or email orders of $25 or less, there is a small order charge of $10.00. For phone, fax or email orders of $25 to $50, there is a small order charge of $5.00.

  Terms:
  A credit application is required to establish an open account with MSL Store. Payment is required within 30 days from date of invoice.

  Most credit cards accepted: 
  Visa, MasterCard, American Express. The use of a credit card is subject to charge card limitations and the approval of the Company prior to shipment. International shipments require prepayment.

  Quotes: 
  (i.e. saved shopping carts) will be saved for 30 days.

  Past due: 
  Past due balances are subject to a 1.5 % finance charge per month.

  Prices: 
  Prices are subject to change without notice. MSL reserves the right to refuse any order. Orders shipped to UT or FL are subject to sales tax.

  Tax exempt status: 
  Accepted with copy of tax resale certificate faxed to 1-813-645-9833. Certificate must be on file before order is shipped or applicable sales tax will be added.

  Shipping / handling charges: 
  Shipping and handling charges are applied to all orders. These charges are based on a customer's delivery preference, the cost of package materials applicable to product weight and size, and other special shipping and handling instructions. The MSL will make every effort to ship within 48 hours of receiving the order before 1 p.m. Eastern Time, M-TH. Most orders are shipped via Ground, unless otherwise specified. Note: Orders needed other than ground, must be called and faxed to 813-645-9833.

  Fluorescents up to 4 ft. in length must be shipped UPS Ground, UPS Red or UPS Blue. Bulbs longer than 4 ft. must be shipped via messenger or truck.

  Shipping: FOB origin: 
  All damaged merchandise must be reported within 5 working days. If the package is obviously damaged, customer should sign for the shipment as "damaged" and make a claim with the carrier. If the package shows no obvious signs of damage but the merchandise is damaged when the box is opened, contact MSL. The carrier is responsible for breakage in transit. MSL will assist in every possible manner in collecting claims for loss or damage.

  Return policy: 
  Product must be returned with prior approval and issuance of a return material authorization number (RMA#). To obtain an RMA#, call 1-813-645-9833. Issuance of an RMA# does not acknowledge a product defect or authorize credit to be taken. Product determined to be defective by the applicable manufacturer shall either be replaced, or credit will be issued at the discretion of MSL. Product returned as defective, and is not, will be returned to the customer. Product returned due to ordering errors, or product no longer wanted by the customer, will be subject to a 25% restocking charge, provided that MSL agrees to take back the merchandise. Special orders may not be returned. No returns after 60 days. Without notification, manufacturers delist products. In this instance MSL reserves the right to substitute a similar product at our discretion. Please order carefully as we will charge a 15% fee for cancelled orders. Some products are manufactured for MSL. If an order is placed with MSL then with the manufacturer than cancelled it will be considered as a stock order and subject to a 25% cancellation fee. If an order is cancelled for reasons outside of MSL's control such as a longer than quoted delivery time by a MSL supplier a 15% fee will be charged and taken from customer's refund.

  Warranty: 
  MSL warrants solely to the purchasing party that the products sold by it shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship, when given normal, proper and intended usage, for the scope of the warranty granted to MSL and its customers by the applicable product manufacturer.

  Purchaser shall notify MSL of any product that Purchaser believes to be defective that is covered by the warranties set forth in this warranty statement. At MSL’s option, such products shall be returned by Purchaser, transportation and insurance prepaid, to MSL. Based on examination and testing by the applicable product manufacturer, MSL’s shall repair or replace with the same or comparable product or issue an appropriate credit. In the event of a warranty adjustment, MSL will pay appropriate shipping charges, when applicable, to return product to the Purchaser.

  This warranty contains the entire agreement between the Purchasing party and MSL as to its terms. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, of merchantability, fitness or otherwise, which extend beyond the description on the face thereof. In no event will MSL be liable for any loss, or profits or any other incidental, special or consequential damages suffered by the Purchaser or its customer even if MSL has been advised of the possibility of such damages, nor for any claim against the Purchaser by any other party.

  Trademarks and Logos
  Any trademarks and logos used are the property of their owners and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and other intellectual property rights.

  Security: 
  This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We work to protect the security of your information by encrypting what you input. MSL maintains a digital certificate from, a leading provider of internet trust services, to guarantee that information provided is being transmitted in secure form to a www.MSLStore.com web server. MSL is not responsible for any incorrectly submitted information or any actions that are the outcome of this incorrect information. It is the user's responsibility to protect and maintain their account and log in confidentiality.
